Features

[Keep your printer safe from resin spills] - Our stick on gasket protects the internals of your printer from damage by sealing the gap between the LCD and printer chassis and avoid expensive repairs. It also helps keep the FEP film from creating suction and pulling on the LCD, which can dislodge it while attempting to remove the vat.

[Suitable for both 5.5" & 6" resin printer] – Works on multiple 5.5 inch or 6.1 inch LCD resin printers. Compatible with EPAX X1, Elegoo Mars/Mars Pro/Mars C/Mars 2/Mars 2 pro, Anycubic Photon/Photon-S, Prusa LD-002R, QIDI Tech Shadow 5.5 (NOT 6.0) & Longer Orange 30 UV Resin Printers. Please note: You must re-level your build plate per the instructions included after installation.

[Extra durable] - Made of high-quality polypropylene, our gasket is built to last. It is resin-proof and safe from tears and abrasion, while remaining very flexible.

[Save your prep time] - Two-piece backing ensures easy installation. Now you're no longer forced to tidy up your printer right after a print. With our stick on gasket, you will have peace-of-mind knowing that your printer internals and LCD are protected from resin leaks.

[High light transmittance] - It would not affect the performance of LCD screen. Any questions or issues about sovol products please feel free to contact us.

I used on my Elegoo Mars 3. Not quite the right size but close. Make sure you line it up perfect in the first try because when you unstick one of these, it will leave adhesive stuck all over your glass. To be blunt, it works to a point.Pros: •it is a clear non adhesion clear center screen protector with a strong adhesive outer black gasket.•it comes with a clear protective film that you remove after install•the outer gasket is stout, so no chance of it curling like a sticker; ever.Cons: •way too many to list. But I will list a few•the clear film that you remove after install is not so clear. It isn’t clear enough to see through it to line up the protector correctly, so you have to shine light through it or peek off one side to line it up perfectly.•the stout black gasket is too stout. If your printer like mine has a lip from the screen to the base of the printer; the gasket doesn’t bend and fold down the lip. It just angles itself and causes all the edges to lift off the screen. So the very center is only flush. This causes air bubbles that, no matter what you do, won’t come out.•after my install, with tons of bubbles, my prints have been coming out with bulging layers. I assumed it was just bound to happen over time, so I did basic z axis maintenance on my printer. Nothing changed. Will be removing it tonight.•the strong adhesive used on the gasket comes off when you remove the screen protector. So you then have to spend several minutes scrubbing it off. It’s not so easy.•the package comes with two. I’ve purchased 2 sets so far. Im on my 3rd because if one tiny little drop of resin leaks down the vat. It Will carry into the corner, don’t know how. This was never an issue without the screen protector. It then ruins the screen protector. Unlike your screen, you can’t get the resin off. It ruins it right off the bat. So Ive gotten 5 prints out of 3 screens. I’m very careful not to spill or drop any resin. However, when the print finishes, and it sits waiting. It does splash as it drops. This causes very small droplets to either fall on the vat or on the plastic dome. The droplets on the vat may fall back into the vat or they may fall out of the vat. Originally I could just wipe the bottom edge of the vat and it wicked up the resin. With this screen protector, it rides up the edge and gets to the screen and ruins the screen protector.Verdict: find something else. Something better. Mainly if you have a screen that is slightly lifted. As in, has a lip. If you don’t want the hassle of paying 10$ for 2 and replacing them twice a weak from a micro drop of resin getting on the screen; then find something better. I have went through 3 so far. I have 1 left. The 3rd is being removed tonight to attempt to see if it’s the cause of the bulging layer lines. I’m assuming it’s because the screen protector doesn’t sit flush around the edge and causing it to lift on the edges. So I’m going to remove it and risk ruining my screen; that’s just how bad this one is.Fits the Mars 2, but resin cannot be easily scraped off without damaging the transparent sheet like you can with the original protector.First its .04 .05 thicker than factory and requires resetting zero, which is not a big deal. The black frame on the inside of the mask is slightly too big for the Mars 2. The biggest issue is the black frame is very stiff and won't set down in the recessed are like the factory. This causes the clear part of the protector to lift off the screen slightly and it gets air pockets under between the screen and protector. The adhesive is very sticky which makes it very hard to aline correctly. I am almost afraid what it is going to be like to remove it when the time comes. I would have just returned it but I put one on my machine. I addition I have had some print failures not previously encountered that I can only attribute to the poor fitting screen protector. I will be looking for a more factory like protector in the future. And maybe it is ok on other machines but it's not a good fit for the Elegoo Mars 2.Easy to install and works perfecti guess i dont read instructions but when you peel it off the first time it looks cloudly, turns out theres two cloudly layers on the adhesive side where the uv light will shine through. once those are peeled off its clear.Theirs a second film on the bottom you have to peal off, and you better place it right the first time or you’ll have to scrub off the residueWas an easy pull and stick. Make sure to remove any bubbles when applying. The instructions completely miss the step of removing an under layer of the film. As such I stuck it on as instructed. On realising the issue, I removed the gasket being left with hours removing all the the sticky residue from the LCD screen. The recommendation of how long to increase exposure is also a factor of 10 out. For the Anycubic Mono SE it needed an increase of 0.2 in exposure time.It does cover the screen on my Photon Ultra and my Photon S. I had to relevel the beds as the micron thickness does throw out the printer a little but bah that it will hopefully do the job of protecting the screen if I have a vat rupture and deposit resin across the screen cover. Always better to be safe than have the expense of rebuilding the machine.Avoid this product. There are cheaper, quicker and far more efficient optionsProThe adhesive is very good, so good that you'll waste plenty of time trying to clean it off.- It make me appreciate high quality glass based protectors more.- You won't spend as much time preparing successful prints, because this product has a high UV light deterrence- You will cultivate a sense of deep calm as you spend many hours trying to make this product work.Cons- Poor installation instructions (but if you read the reviews you can avoid wasting the product)- Unfortunately even when you follow the correct instructions the gasket distorts prints and ridiculously increases the exposure time needed to cure prints which reduces your screen life- a new screen costs about 40-50 dollars and this product, at nearly half the price, and 5 hours wasted re-calibrating is not fit for purpose. Will be asking for a refund on this one.nicht kaufen! das ist einfach nur ein harter plastik screen protector den du selber zurechtschneiden musst. überhaupt nicht wie das original. in jeder hinsicht schlechter. einfach finger weg!dont buy this! it is abolutely not like the original gasket. its just a cheap hard platic foil that you have to cut yourself! also its a nightmare to figure out where and how to cut it. absolute nightmare. just spent half an hour trying and its worse than if i did not use it.Como producto está muy bien, protege la pantalla y es resistente.
